Occupational Therapy

Fine & Gross Motor Development

Helping children who may be over- or under-sensitive to sights, sounds, textures, and movement.

Self-Care & Independence

Teaching skills for dressing, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene.

Supporting children with using cutlery, opening lunchboxes, and other daily tasks.
Handwriting & Pre-Writing Skills

Developing pencil grip, letter formation, and motor control for writing success.

Supporting pre-writing skills like drawing, tracing, and copying.
Play & Social Skills

Encouraging imaginative, cooperative, and interactive play.

Teaching turn-taking, sharing, and social engagement with peers.
Emotional & Behavioural Regulation

Providing strategies for managing frustration, anxiety, and big emotions.

Helping children develop coping skills for transitions and routine changes.
