Ailie - Director & Speech Pathologist​
​
Ailie has been working with families, babies, children and adolescents since graduating from Flinders University in 2011. She is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Ailie has experience working in various services in Melbourne and Adelaide such as clinics, homes, childcares and primary and secondary schools. She loves targeting speech, language, early communication, play and social skills but has experience in a number of other areas too. Ailie has expert knowledge in early intervention and the NDIS.
Ailie is a fun, flexible and down-to-earth Speechie. She loves working as a team with families and teachers to implement practical solutions and ideas so that practice towards goals can happen day-by-day!
When not working as a Speech Pathologist, Ailie is also a new mum to a beautiful little boy.
Chelsee - Speech Pathologist

Chelsee is a Speech Pathologist who completed her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Speech Pathology at Latrobe University in Melbourne. She is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). She has experience supporting children with a range of communication difficulties across a variety of settings including clinics, homes, childcares and schools.

Chelsee has a particular interest in early language development and her passion lies in supporting children with developmental differences to build their confidence and develop functional communication skills.

Chelsee is a fun and friendly Speech Pathologist who is committed to creating a compassionate and supportive environment for children and their families.

When not working as a Speech pathologist, Chelsee loves cooking for her friends and family!
Emma - Occupational Therapist
With over 13 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, Emma has an extensive background in both paediatric and adult care. She has worked across diverse settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and school-based care, providing compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients of all ages. Her expertise spans a wide range of medical conditions, with a strong focus on family-centered, collaborative practice. Emma is skilled in identifying and addressing the unique strengths, needs, and challenges of individuals, ensuring they can engage meaningfully in their everyday activities.
Emma’s dedication to advocacy is deeply personal. She understands firsthand the importance of giving children a voice. This experience inspired her to develop a child-centered framework aligned with the Convention on the Rights of the Child, addressing systemic gaps that often silence children's perspectives.

Her commitment to children’s rights has led her to organize and facilitate a global online conference on Child Rights in Child Protection, bringing together experts and advocates from around the world. Emma is currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Children’s Rights with the Committee on the Rights of the Child at the University of Geneva, combining academic knowledge with practical experience to advocate for policies and practices that truly reflect the voices of children.

​When not working as an Occupational Therapist, Emma loves dancing and spending time with her wonderful, busy children.

Susanna - Occupational Therapist
​
Susanna is a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 35 years of experience supporting children aged 0–18 with developmental delays and disabilities. For the past 15 years, she has specialised in early intervention, working alongside families to build children's functional skills in everyday routines at home, in childcare, and in the community.
She is deeply committed to family-centered practice and takes a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach. Her therapy is inclusive, practical, and focused on building independence, confidence, and participation. She collaborates closely with caregivers and educators to set meaningful, achievable goals that support children’s development across all environments.
Susanna brings rich expertise from working across a range of clinical, home-based, and educational settings. She has led and developed group programs supporting school readiness, motor skills, and sensory regulation, and is passionate about coaching families and educators to support children in real-life contexts.

Known for her warmth, insight, and collaborative style, Susanna is dedicated to making a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. We are so lucky as a team to have access to Susanna's clever brain and treasure trove of resources!

When not working as an Occupational Therapist, Susanna is keeping warm and cozy as she is based in the Adelaide Hills.
